Use this Daily Virtue Renewal (DVR) to learn from yesterday and to prepare for striving to grow in virtue today. This can be done privately or in conversation with others on the phone or in-person. If you don't know who to talk to, contact ARMOR and we'll reach out to you as soon as possible.

1. Start with the Sign of the Cross and the Hail Mary prayer.

2. Are you willing to surrender your will and to cooperate with the grace of God to grow in virtue today?

3. What are you feeling and why?

4. What struggles and fruits did you experience in striving to grow in virtue yesterday?

5. What challenges might you experience in striving to grow in virtue today, and how will you respond?

6. What are you grateful for?

7. Pray the Lord’s Prayer and finish with the Sign of the Cross.
