Do desk work at a stand-up desk.
Eat while standing.
For every 30 minutes of sitting, stand at least 30 seconds.

Work at a stand-up desk while walking on a walking pad.
Stretch before and after physical exercise and at the beginning and end of the day.
Roll out muscles on a foam roller before and after exercising them.
Massage muscles with a body massage device.
