Habit Tracker

Use a habit tracker to document and track your progress every day in exercising better habits. Tracking a habit makes the new habit obvious, attractive, and satisfying. Here are a couple ways to track your better habits:

 

  • Using a habit tracker app is a best practice. Download the HabitShare app for your Apple or Android device to enable tracking your better habits any time you have your smart phone.

  • If you don't have a smart phone or don't want to track habits on the app, use a journal to write down the habits with columns for the days of the week. Then check off the habits you complete each day.​​​
