Habit Tracker

Use a habit tracker to document and track your better habits every day as you strive to Grow in Virtue. According to Atomic Habits, habit tracking leverages multiple laws of behavioral change by making the new behavior obvious, attractive, and satisfying. Here are a couple ways to track your better habits:

 

  • Using a habit tracker app is a best practice. Download the HabitShare app for your Apple or Android device to enable tracking your better habits any time you have your smart phone.

  • If you don't have a smart phone or don't want to track habits on the app, download the Habit Tracker form and print it out to update it with pen & paper. This also can be used as a digital form for you to update on your computer, tablet, or phone.
