Nourish Your Body

 

To nourish your body (Ephesians 5:29-30) is to grow in virtue, which leads to true happiness. The following are examples of ways to nourish your body every day:

  • Drink 8 tall glasses of water. Adjust for body type, activity level, environment, and health.

  • Eat 3 healthy meals without snacking in between. Adjust as above.

  • Medicate as medically necessary to control allergies and correct vitamin deficiencies.
